Karolineburg Manor House Hotel Kajaani, Kajaani

I had a lovely stay at the hotel with some positives and a few downsides. The rooms were a bit pricey considering the value offered, especially with the narrow stairs in the main house, but the sauna experience was a nice touch. Dinner was available but could have been better priced. The service, led by the exceptional Katja, was warm and welcoming, making our experience delightful and worth the extra effort. The location in the serene park with an old charm and nice atmosphere was great for its closeness to the city center, above the river and castle, though a bit far from the airport. The dining experience was good, but could have had more variety to complement the excellent food in the charming dining hall. The facilities were satisfactory, with everything I needed to enjoy a comfortable stay.

The service was most helpful, warmly introducing us to delicious restaurants nearby and places to visit, being outstanding on our arrival. The location was really close to the city, in a nice park setting, and very convenient for walking to the city and restaurants. The dining experience was very good, especially in the beautiful breakfast room in the main house. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything from housekeeping to laundry services along with pet amenities.
